Be Careful I ordered and purchased a 2015 Yukon XL Denali through Sullivan Buick GMC. The ordering process was okay but once the truck arrived (1 month later) t I ordered and purchased a 2015 Yukon XL Denali through Sullivan Buick GMC. The ordering process was okay but once the truck arrived (1 month later) they gouged me on price, saying that I had agreed to pay full MSRP when I had not done so. (Would never have ordered through them had that been stated at the time of order). So...after several phone calls and chasing the GM he eventually said to me, "I do not feel that I owe you anything" but did take $1,000 off the price of the vehicle (a laughably small discount off the $75,000 MSRP). I certainly understand, respect, and appreciate Sullivan's need to make every transaction profitable but in this case they came off as opportunistic and greedy. Yes, I was purchasing a hot new vehicle but I expected more flexibility and customer respect from an established dealership like Sullivan. However, the single most disappointing aspect of my experience with Sullivan Buick GMC was the fact that the General Manager left me with the impression that it was my privilege to purchase from his dealership. More

In fact he was quick with the keys for us to test drive and at the end of the day we went home with a brand new Terrain and my husband couldn't be happier. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and nice. the two people we dealt with were Mike Ayoub and Mike O'Connell and they were both wonderful and made the car buying experience "painless". More
