Then they came out with the Regal, a little smaller, which is what I wanted. And so, traded the LaCrosse for a Regal. And now, with the newest model, the Verano--a bit smaller than the Regal--I traded again, and now I've got what I wanted: a little smaller car and lower payments. Through all of this, the process was courteous, helpful, professional, as possible. Love the car and totally pleased with the sales process. More
