Not once was he pushy - and, made sure all my requirements (color) and options(2 were aftermarket) were on the GMC Acadia I purchased. This vehicle is a little more advanced that my old Jeep was. Mike made sure I was confortable with all the bells & whistles before I left the lot The Sullivan group were all so courteous, helpful and so professional. The finance department made the financing part of this process a breeze. The service department also immediately tweaked an aftermarket item.
