I test drove the vehicle I wanted and after 15 minutes we agreed on a price and financing and even a fair price for my trade in. All the staff, especially Cindy L., were extremely friendly and professional. They make it a comfortable experience while you are inside the dealership. If they offer you coffee, TAKE IT! Good stuff. Test driving was easy, closing was pretty easy... just keep in mind that they don't haggle a lot on price. When it comes time to agree on a price, the experience went a bit south. The managers started to sound a bit like you'd expect used car salesmen to sound. Lots of canned answers and explanations of why they really can't budge much on price. It clearly worked for them as I still bought the car and liked the dealership a lot. More
