We contacted them via internet about a specific vehicle and was contacted immediately by Talia from the internet sales dept. (she's a sweetie) We spoke at length about what we were looking for and almost immediately I received an email with many different options, all of them in which we would consider. We went to the dealership to check out our options and worked with Mike Ayoub. Mike's a great guy, not pushy, discusses your options, leaves you alone to make your decision. (I like that). It felt like we were sitting at our dining room table and talking over coffee. We did end up purchasing a car and are VERY pleased. Love the fact that they will give you a loaner if your car needs repair, free oil changes and car washes for two years are icing on the cake. We went in with our financing already secured with our banks current low rate and were pleasantly surprised that Mike O'Connell beat that. Yeah, thanks Mike! Purchased used Cadillac I went in to Sullivan Buick to look at a used Cadillac Escalade, to see if it was a possible purchase for me, Victor Melendez was the salesman who too I went in to Sullivan Buick to look at a used Cadillac Escalade, to see if it was a possible purchase for me, Victor Melendez was the salesman who took care of me while I was there, very nice to work with, made sure I was happy with every detail in the buying experience. There were a couple small issues with the truck after delivery, Victor made sure the issues were taken care of, at no charge to me, but the reason for the low "quiality of work rating" is when I was told the truck was ready, and to come pick it up, the problem was not fixed correctly, so I had to leave the truck there again (after it had been there for 3 days already) Overall very good experience, and Victor definitly made sure I was well taken care of when I had to come back in, More

Also when driving my 2006 gmc truck home the engine light came on,I called Mark and he told me to bring it in and it would be free of charge. He listened to me explain everything that I believed needed attention and provided a loaner Buick LaCrosse until the issues were diagnosed and fixed. While my vehicle was in the shop, Dave was in contact with me explaining in detail exactly what needed to be serviced on my car. He was knowledgeable,honest and caring. Worth the Drive We passed two (at least) Buick dealers on our 20 mile drive to Sullivan. One being two blocks from our house. Before signing the lease on the 2015 Enclave with the dealer by our house, we traveled to Sullivan for a comparison price. Costco's auto buying program recommended Sullivan. All we wanted was the numbers, which Mike Ayoub gave us, but he also offered a 2015 Enclave for the drive home. After that, there was no way I'd want to return to the 2003 Acura MDX I left behind. We signed the lease a week later at Sullivan after returning the loaner car. More
