Went in last week to check out car I had seen on line. The car was exactly as described. While cruising the lot salesman, Kevin Fernquist, gave us a test drive and described everything in detail. He explained all controls and answered all my questions and concerns. We went in to talk figures. He showed us the carfax up front. With no pressure loaned us the car for a 24 hour test drive. He didn't even call to hassle us within those 24 hours. Which was very impressive. Went back next day and bought the vehicle. He worked the figures into our budget and explain all the fun options that helped me set up Onstar and connect my phone to car. Will Definately recommend Sullivan to family and friends.
