Another Satisfying Experience! Recently, I had the unfortunate experience of having my hot coolant light come on in my 2006 Pontiac Grand Prix GXP as I was driving on I-88 near Nape Recently, I had the unfortunate experience of having my hot coolant light come on in my 2006 Pontiac Grand Prix GXP as I was driving on I-88 near Naperville. I immediately called my trusted service advisor,Dave Hetzel, of Sullivan Buick GMC and told him what had just occurred. Dave advised me to pull off the expressway and have my car towed into the dealership to avoid any potential engine damage.Once at the dealership,Dave had a loaner car ready which is much appreciated since I need a car everyday for my outside sales job. After a couple of days, my hot coolant light issue was diagnosed(thermostat stuck) and fixed. I always appreciate that Dave Hetzel is only a phone call away to provide honest,trusted advice in any situation. Thank You for always taking care of me.
