Opened hood and there's the problem the idiots forgot to tighten up the air hoes and it had fell out??? And these guys are suppose to be professionals?? Good thing my 4 year old was not in car and no one hit us in traffic??? This is the second time they have forgotten to secure the tube. We deal with Danny and Gabe who are always trustworthy, professional and efficient. With my most recent car purchase Gabe followed up to make sure I felt very comfortable with all of the car's features and offered to go over anything I had questions on again. You don't expect to hear from anyone at a dealership after you drive out of the lot so I was very pleasantly surprised to get a follow up call just to "check in." I highly recommend Sullivan and Gabe and Danny in particular. More
