I did have a problem with my NEW Canyon that I purchased in early November. It was making bad noise upon start up. After one month of repairs they finally fixed the problem. As you all know General Motors dictated the pace to the dealership. As it turns out I did not feel comfortable with a new vehicle purchase that already had major engine work. Sullivan stepped up in a huge way. The Service Manager Mike Baker was over the top professional in keeping me updated thru the whole process! Ariel Szwec the General Manager involved sales in finding me a replacement solution. The whole experience was better than ever expected! I would challenge any dealer to do a better job in satisfying a customer which Sullivan has done. More
