I've been coming here for years, and trust them with the safety and service of my car. My last maintence service experience was exceptionally superb. With my baby in the backseat, my car died. In a panic, I called Sullivan to see what they could do. Service advisor, Cindy Laser, came to my rescue. She provided me a Roadside assistance number for a tow, and arranged for me to have a loaner car waiting for me when I arrived. When I arrived at Sullivan, she graciously offered to go to my car and get my son's lunch bag that I had left inside my car, she additionally brought me my car phone charger and garage door opener -- two things I didn't even think of, but she did! She kept in touch with me on all aspects of the process, and was incredibly genuine and personal. She treated me like a friend. The type of customer service I was given is the type of attention that fosters loyalty. I'll be in need of a new car soon, and Sullivan GMC will be my first stop because of the customer service they've provided to me over the years, especially my last experience with Cindy. I've also had great service experience with Victor, Dave, and Mike. I hope their Sales department is as customer focused and genuine as their Service team. Thank you all so much! More

Quickly, the stereotypes of car salesmen from former eras dissolved away. Philip was personable and patient and worked very hard to find us the SUV that was right for us. There was never any pressure, just a thorough explanation of the models and features given by a very knowledgeable person. We couldn't have asked for a better guide. Before we drove away in a new GMC Terrain, Philip even took the time to help us do extensive set up on the Nav system and radio (much appreciated!). Going from a 2004 to a 2017 was a quantum leap for us and we were very happy to have such fine help making this purchase and transition. More

I had been to a couple of dealerships prior to Sullivan Buick.. I was getting nothing but horrible customer service!! our financing situation was a unique one.. And every other dealership would give us the run around and not call me back.. It was a very stressful and exhausting experience! I called Sullivan to see if they still had the car I was interested in. They did. I explained our financing situation to Mark and he said let me see what we can do.. He called me back later that day with 3 options! He was off the next day.. But CAME in on his day off just to be there every step of the way!! He was just amazing to work with!! After all the hard work and excellent customer service he provided .. Even if they didn't have that car.. I would've found another one there to buy. He made the whole process a stressfree and wonderful experience!! Thank you Mark !! More

He has serviced 3 of my cars over the years and SERVICE HAS ALWAYS BEEN ABOVE EXCELLENT!! He treats you like gold, answers all questions, keeps you updated on everything that is going on with your car while in service, and gives you peace of mind. Horrible Customer Service .Bought 2 new vehicles same day. Was sold $1,800 protection package for each vehicle. Sent my new 2016 GMC Sierra to their vendor to have the protecti .Bought 2 new vehicles same day. Was sold $1,800 protection package for each vehicle. Sent my new 2016 GMC Sierra to their vendor to have the protection applied. When I got it back, the truck was ruined. Seats soaked with chemical (say goodbye to the new car smell!!), the solvent running down the doors and splashed/sprayed all over the vinyl trim and dash and instrument panel without even an effort to wipe clean, solvent puddled in the rear sliding window track, headliner stained, the leather now looks like shiny cheap vinyl upholstery, ALL of the exterior chrome stained with exterior chemicals (still trying to buff it all out), undercoating tar all over the exterior of my new white truck (can't even get at the spray between the cab and truck bed), chrome running boards and expensive chrome exhaust pipe covered with the tar, the inside driver door speaker even had tar running down it (still trying to get it out of the mesh, probably going to need to remove it since the toothpicks and q-tips aren't getting it all), and then the bad news!!!! A 14" scratch across the hood of my new $55,000 truck!!!! I was sick to my stomach and needless to say FURIOUS. 10 hours later and my wife and I are still trying to get the truck cleaned and detailed to try and restore it somewhat to the condition it was in before they got their hands on it. Their solution was to bring the vendor out to tell me, that he is sorry it happened, it should never have happened, BUT he could see how it could happen because they are so busy and doing so many vehicles per day, and then asks me...."haven't you ever made a mistake?"!!!!!!! Told him that if any single one of the issues happened it might be considered a mistake. When ALL of these issues happen to one vehicle, it's clear indication of horrible quality shop!!! Needless to say we went back and grabbed my wife's new 2016 Enclave before they could trash it, and we are still waiting to hear back on a reimbursement for what she spent on the package. They must stand accountable for the work their vendors do, and you only get one chance to make a good first impression. So service department failed miserably on this one. If this is the condition the vehicles come back from this vendor in and that's acceptable to Sullivan, then they need to detail the vehicle before returning it to the customer. Also now have a nick and ding in the Enclave from the night it spent in their lot waiting to go in for protection package. We actually had a good buying experience, or I wouldn't have bought 2 vehicles in one day, but evidently, once they have sold you $110,000 in vehicles in one day, I guess they feel they have no further obligation to you. If you feel you must buy a car from Sullivan, DO NOT buy the $1,800 protection package so they can send your new vehicle to the vendor to be trashed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
