Dan was very helpful showing me all there was to know about the Buick Verano. I hadn't been in a Buick in over 10 years! Lots has changed! Right away I knew I wanted it! Then it came down to finances. Good ol' Mike was VERY patient with me while buying my first car. I had to step out a few times to talk with my parents, for their advice of course. Not only is this a beautiful car, but their price was very attractive. My salesman was Chris Lahey. They did not start with an inflated price and then work down. They were right down there to start. For these reasons, they would be the first dealership I would visit when it is time buy a car again. More

Great experience Dan and Ray are the best. I wasn't pressured. Had every detail followed up on and they were able to get me the car I wanted for the price I wanted to Dan and Ray are the best. I wasn't pressured. Had every detail followed up on and they were able to get me the car I wanted for the price I wanted to pay. Ray took the time to set up and explain every feature in the car. Both guys in finance straight forward, explained everything carefully and made sure I understood all aspects of the purchase. Cant say enough good things about these guys. I will definitely come back for my next Buick/GMC here for sure. More

Service was better than a 5 star hotel service I was the last customer of the night. Kevin Fernquist was the sales person and Bill Lucey was the finance guy. (Or should I say the magician?)These guys here is a wiz foreal. Even after I agreed to buy the car, Kevin still was in a great mood and still was showing features this car have. First thing we did was a test drive. We even pulled it into the garage to take more detailed looks at it, (Remind you. They close at 9pm. it was well past 9pm, and you would think its a Saturday afternoon) they way everything was going. We got down to business with finances and warranties. I didn't feel pressured, nor rushed at all. It was so warming there that I actually felt bad having them stay that late. Everything was done by 11pm. Bill was the last guy I dealt with in his back office. I didn't even know anyone was back there this time of night. lol. He was waiting patiently for me and we went through everything I needed to know. They understood that I really wanted this car. And I knew I was in good hands the moment I shook their hands. I will be doing business with Sullivan and only Sullivan no matter how far I am. Im forcing everybody I know to go to Sullivan Buick. More
