Exceptional Service and Professionalism This was a great experience from start to finish. My wife and I were looking for a 2015 GMC Acadia in excellent condition for a couple months. We we This was a great experience from start to finish. My wife and I were looking for a 2015 GMC Acadia in excellent condition for a couple months. We were very specific about what we were looking for and that the condition needs to be "like new". After visiting several dealers in the Metro Detroit area only to be disappointed in the condition of the vehicles, we expanded our search and found one at Sullivan Buick GMC. The first time we contacted the dealer and spoke with the salesman, Geoff Sulkowski he took the time to listen to our needs and inspected the vehicle to make sure it would meet our expectations. We negotiated a fair deal for both parties over the phone and I drove the 5 hours to pick up it up. When I saw it in person it was even better than Geoff described it. They had detailed the interior and exterior in anticipation of my arrival and inspection. This vehicle was in perfect condition! The rest of the transaction was simple and I was out of the dealer in just a few hours with our new / used Acadia. I will definitely recommend Geoff Sulkowski and the Sullivan Buick GMC team to my friends and family. This experience was well worth my 10 hour round trip!! More

Excellent Service Always! I was out running errands and came out of the store to find out that my Encore wouldn't start. Confused since it had been running just fine I called I was out running errands and came out of the store to find out that my Encore wouldn't start. Confused since it had been running just fine I called the Sullivan service department and was fortunate enough to speak with Dave Hetzel. He was extremely helpful, offered me the number for both roadside service and a local towing company if needed. I told him I would call him back with an update. After roadside was able to start my car, I called Dave back and he said I could come right over. I was worried about being out again and having the same problem. Once at Sullivan, Dave had my car checked and keeped me informed. He also alerted me to a recall and had that fixed as well. My car battery was replaced and I was in and out in an hour. I am so thankful for the great service! Dave is an excellent consultant and a great asset to Sullivan Buick. More
