Purchased an Encore Just "by chance" we stopped in Sullivan's to look at cars. We've never purchased a Buick before so this was our first experience with a Buick automobile. We were fortunate to meet with Shelley Barr. Shelley spent two days and numerous hours assisting us. She came in early to meet with us and educated us on the various Buick styles and also let us drive several cars. Not once were we pressured or rushed in our search. She was knowledgedable, helpful, friendly and certainly anticipated and took care of every question and concern we expressed. We appreciated her selling style and would recommend her to our children and friends.
