She immediately checked to see if they had the tire I needed in stock. We discussed possibly replacing another tire as we and she indicated she would have all of my tires inspected. She had everything waiting when I arrived at the dealer and also fully explained all of my options. I appreciate her honesty and that is the main reason I continue to have my Buick serviced at Sullivan. Cindy is a great asset to their team. More

They have pointed fingers and blamed me. When I bought the car they bragged about how they have great customer service in the service department and I completely disagree. I have had issues with all four tires which they say is my fault. In the five cars I have owned I have never hit a curb or had ANY issues with tires. When I called I never was able to talk to Lou nor did he respond to the two voicemails I have left. Also I had a WE OWE YOU from them when I purchased the car which I went in to get fixed. They said they fixed it... yet I am still driving with the same issue. I don't have all the time in the world to continuously go in to get things "fixed" nor should I have to. I am not happy with SULLIVAN GMC because they lie. My first review was this below... I never thought I would be buying another car just less then two months after my purchasing last car. After being in a horrible accident which left my car totaled Aug 22, 2017 I was dreading the car buying process again. Greatfully I was fortunate to find Shelley who gave my "red rose". Shelley made this process painless and joyful, two words I never thought I'd use for describing a dealership. Pricing, process, and quality on my new Buick was better then I could have ever asked for. Thank you Shelley and Lou for this great experience! More

Purchased an Encore Just "by chance" we stopped in Sullivan's to look at cars. We've never purchased a Buick before so this was our first experience with a Buick automob Just "by chance" we stopped in Sullivan's to look at cars. We've never purchased a Buick before so this was our first experience with a Buick automobile. We were fortunate to meet with Shelley Barr. Shelley spent two days and numerous hours assisting us. She came in early to meet with us and educated us on the various Buick styles and also let us drive several cars. Not once were we pressured or rushed in our search. She was knowledgedable, helpful, friendly and certainly anticipated and took care of every question and concern we expressed. We appreciated her selling style and would recommend her to our children and friends. The entire Sullivan experience was four star quality and we look forward to working with their service department. Thank you Shelley! Also, even though we were there till late evening, tired and anxious to get home, we soon became energized after our finance meeting with Mike O'Connell, a fellow Irishman. What a great guy!
