Dan and Shelley were about to work together to get me into a vehicle that I loved and worked with me to make the vehicle as affordable as possible. Seeing as I was in a lease that had not yet expired; this made it more challenging. Shelley and Dan were amazing and made me feel comfortable and worked diligently to send me home in a vehicle that I loved and payments that worked well for me! Shelley for example approached me and made me feel comfortable right away. She gave me a little info about the dealership and the cars and the customer experience was perfect throughout my whole time there! She re assured me that I would go home with a car and told me everything I need to know! Mike on the other hand was also a big part of this experience. He explained all the information in a way that I would understand. He took his time even after hours to make sure I knew everything I needed and helped me set up a perfect date to start payments!
