I asked how long my oil change would be and I was told an hour. I waited two hours. I understand if there’s a worker shortage but it would be nice to have someone check in with me to let me know it’s taking hour. I waited two hours. When I drop off my car there’s usually someone there that comes to my car to welcome me. Also, a dealer would usually walk me through what will happen when I drop off my car. I felt like the communication piece was lacking. More
