Its great having everything mt car needs done in one facility, by people you can trust. From changing my oil to changing my motor, i can trust Tim and the guys to get it done fast but most importantly, correctly. And trust Moose & James to give me a great price and any sales or coupons that Arlington has. Theres always coupons out there in mailers and newspapers, and some of them are really $ saving. I purchased 4 Goodyear Triple Treads for my AWD Saturn Vue and LOVE THEM. The fact that its a snow tire and summer/all weather tire in one is awesome. No changing out tires on the winter. I drove in all the storms we had this past winter and was really impressed. I knew they were good tires but once you actually use them and see for yourself, they are worth every penny. And the GOODYEAR credit card saved me even mlre money and made my rebate double. And you can get 0% APR for a year or something when you use the card. Gotta love it. LOL and they swnd you a $10 oil change coupon with your billing sstatement. I didnt think i would be approved but i was and it really helped. I had a safe car on the road this winter and paid nothing out of pocket. Piece of mind is priceless right? The work was done properly but the experience was bad. Went in for a NY state inspection, I told the tech the check engine light was on. Called an hour later, they said the car was done, went to get it a Went in for a NY state inspection, I told the tech the check engine light was on. Called an hour later, they said the car was done, went to get it and then I was told it failed and to get it the work done before end of month which was the next day. I told them to do it the test on the phone if they had told me about it but they did not. I sat there and waited. I was then told it they needed parts from the dealer. I paid them for the inspection and $109 for the smoke test. The approx cost of repairs written on the paper they showed me was $159 or $169. I left the car overnight. They got the parts. Called and said the car was done. I asked how much it was, I was told $259 by the time I got there to pick up the car the price had gone up another hundred dollars and I was told it was sales tax. taxes are high in NY but they are not that high.
