A very nice young lady met me at the door and directed me In contacting Aristocrat Motors I was directed to meet with Nick Haupt for my MBZ service. A very nice young lady met me at the door and directed me to Nick's desk. He took my information and had made arrangements for a loaner car. He gave me a time line for the service to be completed and said he'd give me a call when service was complete. From there I was directed to my loaner car by a young lady. Once I checked over the brand new E300W4 with 1559 miles on the odometer I was told to replace the gas I used before I brought it back. By 2:15 pm Nick called to let me know my car was ready to pick up. In short check-in was easy, getting the loaner was easy and very much appreciated as we had appointments in KC. Picking up my car and dropping off the loaner was very efficient. More
