Horrible Service I set up 2 appointments- 1.have front noise checked out and 2.Have car detailed. They had my car (GLE 350) for 4 days and said car was ready. I picked I set up 2 appointments- 1.have front noise checked out and 2.Have car detailed. They had my car (GLE 350) for 4 days and said car was ready. I picked up the car to find it was never detailed and car was still making noise. I made another appointment for them to check/fix noise again and detail car. They offered to pick my car up this time instead of me driving back out there. On the way back to the dealership, the valet driver hit something in the road with my car. I did not receive a phone call about this until 2 days later....2 DAYS, not the day of the incident! Charles Friedman said they would fix my car and make sure it was detailed. After 2 days I call to check on my car.....both Donnie Hicks and Charles Friedman were unavailable so I left a message. Every time I would call to check on the status of my car, neither were available and when they responded back it was through a text message. Not once did anyone pick up the phone to let me know what they found out about the noise, what they were doing about it or when it would be ready. All I get is a short text message saying "looking at the end of next week for body repair. We will be in touch soon". I never heard from them unless I reached out. Then when my car was done a week and a half later, I get a TEXT from Charles Friedman saying "car is done. we are here till 6pm and tomorrow 8am-11:30am. Thanks for your patience". I go the next day around 10:30am to get my car and neither Donnie or Charles are there to walk me around my car to show me what they did/fix. For being a Mercedes dealership, you would think you would receive better service than a text message and come get your car. I am very unhappy with the service I received from here. More

We would never go anyplace else for service on our GLE350 - we continue to buy from Aristocrat and one of the major reasons is their service department. Valet pin re-set I bought a used Range Rover Sport (2011); during my first few days of driving and trying to get to know the vehicle in an attempt to connect my phone I bought a used Range Rover Sport (2011); during my first few days of driving and trying to get to know the vehicle in an attempt to connect my phone to the blue tooth I accidentally (on purpose) lock myself out of the audio components by putting in some bogus numbers in the valet pen. Never do that - it's a pain in the butt the get that reset, but Aristocrat Motors took care of me in about 30 minutes. Thanks Tony More
