Superb service in a timely manner I thought I had a 7:30 appointment and arrived at 7:20. Unfortunately my appointment was actually for 11:00. Donny once again took good care of my E class. They took their time to identify the sounds I heard and allowed me to keep the loaner car overnight while they continued to diagnose the problems.
