Service// excellent I’ve bought/leased several cars from Aristocrat and had great experiences with both sales and service. I didn’t however know what to expect this time I’ve bought/leased several cars from Aristocrat and had great experiences with both sales and service. I didn’t however know what to expect this time since my IPace was purchased elsewhere... Considering past experience there at Aristocrat I shouldn’t have been surprised from Bethany’s patient instructions and set up , I’m technically challenged, to the installation of the required front plate bracket, i failed to get installed from original dealer, and now a required visit to the shop for an extensive software update Dan Garcia treated me no differently than any of the other service visits. When I made appointment I thought according to manufacturer that it would take a couple of hours then Dan advised when I confirmed the on line appointment that it was probably going to be longer than that and he recommended that I rebook at a time when he could provide me with a courtesy car no questions asked. He reschedule me and he was right it did take almost an entire day but the update was completed and even with our inclement weather the car was clean inside and out just like my many other visits with Mercedes and Smart. Received a text the vehicle was ready (earlier than expected) and a call from the service advisor Dan. Vehicle was ready when and waiting for me when I pulled in. This was my 2nd Service with Aristocrat and both times they have exceeded my expectations. More
Very Disappointed! I had four service issues, three went unresolved even though I was assured that they were fixed. Service rep told me I needed $500 40k mile service t I had four service issues, three went unresolved even though I was assured that they were fixed. Spent four hours driving to and from KC and took a day away from my law office, wasted time. I expected better. More

Safety recall on a 14 year old car - I was treated great! I have a 2006 Porsche Cayenne S and got a recall notice from Porsche. Called Aristocrat (Porsche Kansas City) and they set an appointment for me righ I have a 2006 Porsche Cayenne S and got a recall notice from Porsche. Called Aristocrat (Porsche Kansas City) and they set an appointment for me right away. I took the vehicle in first thing in the morning and they gave me a brand new Porsche Macan as a loaner vehicle. The work was completed by 2:00 pm. They treated me like a king, and keep in mind my 14-year-old Cayenne had 163,000 miles on it! I've had other work done at Aristocrat over the years, and have always gotten fantastic service. This is a great dealership to have work done at - highly recommended! More
