As my 2005 HSE LR3 approaches 300,000 miles I have been doing more and more of the work on my truck myself. Aristocrat, and in particular my service advisor Dan Garcia, have been tremendous partners in my doing more and more of the work on my truck myself. I brought my Mercedes-Benz in to get my brakes replaced. When I was making the appointment they assured me I would I have a loaner to drive while my car was being worked on. When I got to the dealership they told me they couldn’t give me a loaner because I wasn’t 21. I had the wait at the dealership for 4 hours. Very dissatisfied. More
