I can rely on Aristocrat motors to accurately determine the problem and fix it promptly at reasonable cost. If you have the opportunity, try to get Don Dickinson as the service advisor as I found him to be the best! More
After horrible service at KAnsas City Mercedes I came back to Aristocrat. What a difference between dealerships! Aristocrat definitely knows how to treat their customers. Also, Emily was top notch. Incredibly pleased with Derek Stewart and the service team. I have received top notch service every time even when a mistake was made with a repair that caused some cosmetic damage to my vehicle. Thinking it was going to be a huge hassle to get them to fix it... I was incredibly impressed with how they recognized the problem, took responsibility and paid to make my vehicle good as new. I bought a new key to my Mercedes because I lost mine from the Mercedes Benz parts department. Got the key home and it started my car but after turning it off it would not work anymore. I called and they from the Mercedes Benz parts department. Got the key home and it started my car but after turning it off it would not work anymore. I called and they had me tow my car to the service department before they would honor the warranty. This is where all the problems began once it was checked out by the service department. They called and told me that i would be charged $144 for them to perform a diagnosis (The key did not work so a diagnosis cannot be performed). They called me back a day or two later and said they ran diagnosis, but the key still doesn't work. So, they needed to order another at my expense. The key came and it did not work so now they think i need a new EIS. At this point i had my car towed to another authorized Mercedes mechanic. At this point the new shop was able to check the keys and they were both cut to my car but, was not programed so they would not engage (ANTI-THEFT). My car is currently running now but after Aristocraft motors took $800 from me in order to honor a warranty. I will never take any of my cars here again. I'm so glad I was smart enough to get my car to someone else before they charged me an additional $2,000 for a part I did not need. To avoid honoring a warranty. More
