Over the past four years I have coordinated all maintenance through my Service Advisor, Todd Hurlburt. Each visit is scheduled at my convenience. The work to be done is clearly explained, the completion time is established, a loner car when necessary is always available and ready to go. Matt, my service rep, informed me of the issue and explained every aspect of the problem, to include cost, before "just fixing it" because I had pointed it out. They addressed every issue I had pointed out, down to the little heat shield snap that had come loose. I bought my Mercedes used at Aristocrat 10 years ago and they have always treated me like their most important customer. That is why I'll still drive an hour to have them take car of my "baby". More
