I am pleased with most of the service provided by Aristocrat, with one exception. I have had the Range Rover in for service twice, and let them know of the persistent transmission issue. The motor does not shift from 1st to 2nd gear on light to moderate acceleration. I must select neutral, then back into drive to correct it. It always works with first attempt. This happens at least once per week. I keep getting the cannot duplicate answer. Well, if it isn't figured out and fixed, they will lose a customer. Simple as that. More

I love my Alfa but my dealership service department is not good. Takes forever and never gets it correct. I have lost faith in them and am going to go back to Infinity after my lease is up.
