Aristocrat Motors - Service Center

When I purchased the last car that I bought from Aristocrat, I was met in the parking lot by a salesman who showed me the car in which I was interested. When I told him my name, he said he sold me a car in 1991, (27 yrs earlier) told me the model and the unusual color of the car...Very dark green that turned blue in low light conditions. How can a person remember stuff like that. I am equally impressed with the service staff at Mercedes. More

Took my Jaguar in to have a coolant leak fixed, cost me $2,275 and by the time I drove it back home and then up to the gas station my “low coolant level” light came back on and the reservoir was almost emp $2,275 and by the time I drove it back home and then up to the gas station my “low coolant level” light came back on and the reservoir was almost empty. I have been going to Aristocrat for a very long time and have always taken my Mercedes Benz’s there for all the servicing and have bought numerous MB’s from here including my 2020 CLA250. I can say this is the 1st time I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED in the customer service provided and the quality of work done to both my vehicles! Even after I brought this to the attention of the service associate I was baffled how it didn’t mean anything to her and on top of that my new CLA had 2 scratches of it! I was told that because I spent less than $300 the cleanup job was what it was! It obviously didn’t matter that I bought this EXACT CLA250 from them less than a year ago! Then she told me that her manager would most likely call me on Monday when I know they are open on Saturdays and this happened on a Friday! Bottom line I will not take my MB’s to Aristocrat Motors for servicing not will I ever buy a car from them again!!! More
