I am and extremely busy executive and have a strong attention (need) for details to be right the first time, period. Dan and Aristocrat's service structure meet my needs perfectly. They use a text app that allows me to contact my service advisor for an update instantly, and also conveniently receive his timely responses to my additional requests or questions. My auto is always clean inside and out when I pick up, with a check out process that is less than 2 minutes .... no lines, no waiting, key in my car out front, sign and go. Vehicle left 11 days, 2 items not addressed I left my Range Rover with the service department for 11 days. Two major items not even addressed. They forgot to even change the oil. I made a 2.5 ho I left my Range Rover with the service department for 11 days. Two major items not even addressed. They forgot to even change the oil. I made a 2.5 hour drive with a second vehicle to leave the Rover for service. Very displeased. I will just have the missed items repaired locally, and not travel back to the dealership. Since I live 2.5 hours away, this is a major inconvenience for me. However, my salesman, Joseph Lemberger, was extremely helpful as always. He arranged to get my vehicle and get it to me on a Sunday when I was off work, He was inconvenienced to help me on his day off. But the service department forgot to finish two requested simple items. More
