I attribute the many personnel changes over the last few years, but in this age of computers how hard is it to check to records or a least ack the error when text response to appointment notification clearly stated location preference. Don't let this review take anything away from the service folks at Mission location they got on the repairs as soon as I arrived and completed them timely. More
