Even for an oil change. It was an awesome experience I bought my first CPO Porsche Boxster last year in Chicago and didn’t have the best experience. I had my first oil change at Porsche Kansas City yesterday and I’m pretty sure I will not buy my next car anywhere else. Even though I wasn’t in a newer $100k+ car, they still treated me like royalty. I had the same experience as their oldest customers. The loaner they gave me was a premium Porsche SUV. Because I am a car guy I wanted to make sure I got back in time to look at the new dealership and drool over the cars. As I was looking around I met Mike Diaz from sales. We talked forever about cars in general and our experiences. He showed me around and made sure I was able to follow my car through the process. Talking with him I could tell he has this vast knowledge of people and all cars. He really was the highlight of my day. He knew I was like a kid in a candy store and he made sure I had a great experience, even though I was only in for an oil change. That is how you secure a future customer. Joe Sauceda from service was great. I told him about my experience while buying my car and he went over the top to ensure my service experience was the best it could be....even for an oil change. I love my car even more because these guys made me and my car feel special. More
