Car came back with new problems Towed to Aristocrat to why my car suddenly would not start.I was promised a call back from Mr Hicks.I received a text message conforming me that Towed to Aristocrat to why my car suddenly would not start.I was promised a call back from Mr Hicks.I received a text message conforming me that my sprint shifter module needed to be replaces and how much the repair would cost .This was not inexpensive, and I found the text oddly impersonal. I requested a call back and an hour later I was able to speak with him and approved the work.The following day I was called,and was uninformed that the part was repaired,but that the "floor was wet "and and lights were on ,I asked them to not put any further parts on car,and when I picked it up, the interior lights were stuck "on",the air conditioning and heater would not work, the radio would not come on.I pulled back into the dealership and when Mr,Hicks got in car he and I noticed a smell like a wire burning.They kept the car for 5 days and after I called them,they said come get the car and maybe it would start working after the floor dried out .None of these issues existed prior to going to Aristocrat But they accepted no responsibility. It has been over a week and I'm still waiting to hear from Mr.Hicks as any allowances toward restoring the car to its original conditions. More

The Best Service I had to tow my 2000 Porsche 996 to Aristocrat Motors as the battery had died. Todd took over and had the battery changed while completing a thorough I had to tow my 2000 Porsche 996 to Aristocrat Motors as the battery had died. Todd took over and had the battery changed while completing a thorough oil change and complete service. I was given a new Macran Turbo to drive that day and this was gratefully appreciated. Trustworthy and Thoughtful - I love Aristocrat Motors I am an attorney, and I do not give my trust to others too easily. The reason I trust the Service Department at Aristocrat Motors is because each par I am an attorney, and I do not give my trust to others too easily. The reason I trust the Service Department at Aristocrat Motors is because each part of the experience of bringing in my car is handled with care and with integrity: (1) the reception when I first get there, (2) the talk with the Service Adviser is thoughtful and they never oversell or try to upsell their services (and there is usually no wait after I get there), (3) obtaining the loaner (the car is clean and full of gas), and (4) when I get my car back, all that we agreed they will fix is fixed the first time, and the car looks shiny and beautiful when I get it back. During my most recent visit, after the car was fixed and I had paid for the services, I was waiting for my car to be driven out. The person who drove the car out to where I was waiting (Madison) noticed that my left brake light was out. After she parked my car, she said, "Hold on one second, I think your left brake light is out. Let's get that fixed right now because it is super easy." She asked one of the Service Advisers to step out real quick and switch out the lights. They did not charge for it, and the Service Adviser had a great attitude about it. Their integrity to their work, and their generosity in spirit (during every visit) is what makes me love them so much. During my most recent visit, I gave the Service Adviser, the parts dept., the technicians, and the reception person tons of Russell Stover chocolates to let them know that they are appreciated and valued by their customers. P.S. One other thing. There is a sunglasses case for a Ted Baker sunglasses that I thought I had lost. It had a silk handkerchief in it that had sentimental value. Madison (the person who handles checking in clients and giving them loaner cars) had found the sunglasses case in a loaner car that I had used and returned over a year ago. She kept it for over a year to make sure that I get it back. Talk about having integrity!!! This is the type of thing that makes me trust the Service Department at Aristocrat Motors. More
Very professional operation. I was notified of some recalls on my Porsche Cayenne. My Porsche website transferred me to Aristocrat Motors website to make an appointment to perform I was notified of some recalls on my Porsche Cayenne. My Porsche website transferred me to Aristocrat Motors website to make an appointment to perform the work. Well designed and well working website. Quick response from Aristocrat. I arrived a few minutes before my scheduled appointment and they greeted me warmly and whisked my car right in for service. They were quick and efficient in taking care of the recalls. The customer lounge was great. I like the ability to look down to the garage area while they are working on the car. Thanks to Todd Hurlburt for the good communication before, during and after the service. More
