Yet another Problem with MB Service This is the most poorly educated service department. I tell them my care says I needs service "A" before arriving. Advisor says "your just here for This is the most poorly educated service department. I tell them my care says I needs service "A" before arriving. Advisor says "your just here for an oil change?" I say whatever is included in service "A". He says the service would last between 60 and 90 minutes. After 120 minutes they came back saying it was now going to be an additional 30-45 minutes because the mechanic says there is additional work for Service "A" that the advisor didn't know about. After another 75 minutes, they said it was almost done and would be "only another" 30-45 minutes. This is the third time to bring my care in for routine service where I have either been stuck there ALL day or had to bring it back a day or so later to do something the mechanic "forgot to do something". MB is a good car, but I'm in the market for a new car and this dealership is the LAST place I'd consider. More

They were professional and courteous throughout the process and the new showroom really elevated the experience. In working on the purchase price, negotiating was respectful and direct which I appreciated. I would easily recommend either of these gentlemen as well as the dealership for a true luxury vehicle purchase experience. More
Expensive Porsche service rep Todd is a very pleasant individual. I feel he's treated me fairly over the years, especially with the Boxster top issue I had. Trouble shooting of the top issue was spotty, in my opinion. The, or one of the two, root causes of the problem took the Techs over 2 years and many visits to figure out. More
Purchasing a new 992 911 C4S The sales staff, Bill Wilkerson and the sales Manager worked their hearts out to special order the newest 911 ever. After I made numerous changes and updates since the initial order in February this year, it was delivered in beautiful fashion yesterday. My wife and I are in awe from the special delivery. It was so personal, so heartwarming, and so unforgettable. My hat is off for their patience, their attention to every detail, their honesty and guidance from beginning to delivery. Although this is my 4th Porsche, this whole experiment tops to cake. And the rest of the Aristocrat Porsche staff make them an unbeatable team. From the Service Manager Advisor Joe Sauceda, to the technician who works his magic on my cars, Kris, to the wonderful ladies who went through and explained all the necessary documentation and the delivery experience in explaining all of the new features of the 992. Then they even presented us with a fine bottle of special wine before we drove out. They also festooned us with complimentary drinks and snacks the whole time there. I didn’t want to leave! I recommend this dealership 110% for purchasing a vehicle, buying accessories, parts, and service for your beautiful Porsche. Thank you, Bill Wilkerson and a team that I consider family as well as friends! I hope Mr. Marion Battaglio gets to review my comments also. More
