Another 5-star level of service My tire was literally shredded! Donny once again took good care of my E class. They took their time to identify the sounds I heard and allowed me to keep the loaner car overnight while they continued to diagnose the problems. Service was fine even though they had to keep my car longer than expected. What left a bad taste in my mouth was they charged my credit card the day after I paid over $1700 an additional $4.25 for gas o longer than expected. I would like to single out the following people I dealt with. My salesman Tony Akbarnia, easy transaction, extremely easy to work with went over and beyond making my purchase experience the best. Finance manager, if not should be, Jordan Kivett very professional, friendly and easy to understand, great communicator, great addition to the Aristocrat family. Last, but not the least important was Bethany Salmons the delivery specialist. Very patient and explained everything so it was easy for me to understand. Took her time to make sure all of my questions were answered. Looking forward to doing business with this same group of professionals in the future. First class experience. Thank you to all. More

Very unhappy with the service department My Land Rover wouldn’t go out of park. I had it towed to Aristocratic on Tuesday and when I called in on Thursday I was told that the shifting gear h My Land Rover wouldn’t go out of park. I had it towed to Aristocratic on Tuesday and when I called in on Thursday I was told that the shifting gear had disintegrated that a part had to be ordered when I called in told Dan that I needed the tire sensor reset in the left side of the Land Rover I was told no problem. On speaking with Dan on Thursday I was informed that the total bill would be $200.00 when he sent me a text with the bill it was closer to $400.00 I asked what the difference was and he said they ran a diagnostic that was $165.00. That was not mentioned when I asked the total price of the repair, he then sent me a new bill for $195.00. Imagine my surprise when I drove off that the tire sensor light is still on. Very displeased and I’m looking to trade in my Land Rover. More

GLC second year service Had to reschedule twice . First ,loaner not available. Second time for personal reasons. When I did get car in for service, I mentioned noise from bra Had to reschedule twice . First ,loaner not available. Second time for personal reasons. When I did get car in for service, I mentioned noise from brakes when cold and at slow speed. Later that day I receive call from Emily, she said they had order parts .There was going to be a delay in returning my car. I asked what parts were needed. She said they were replacing the brake pads with a newer type material to stop the noise. When I got car back I was pleased that it was cleaned inside and out. This was only second time I've had car in for service. Very satisfied with service. Only complaint was loaner (new A220) was small and hard to enter/exit. Still satisfied !! More
