Buying a new car from Aristocrat Motors was smooth and quick! Going through the many details of what my GLS could do was smooth and was shown in a way that’s easily remembered. I unfortunately had to have my brand new car worked on with less than 20 miles on it. The computer had multiple issues. Customer care was rude and unprofessional at times. I had an appointment set up and when I arrived there was no such appointment. One of the associates kindly visited with me and arranged another appointment quickly and was professional. My dealer has been helpful through this process as well. He and the car preceptorhas gone out of their ways to make sure I am satisfied. Thank you More
Safety recall on a 14 year old car - I was treated great! I have a 2006 Porsche Cayenne S and got a recall notice from Porsche. Called Aristocrat (Porsche Kansas City) and they set an appointment for me righ I have a 2006 Porsche Cayenne S and got a recall notice from Porsche. Called Aristocrat (Porsche Kansas City) and they set an appointment for me right away. I took the vehicle in first thing in the morning and they gave me a brand new Porsche Macan as a loaner vehicle. The work was completed by 2:00 pm. They treated me like a king, and keep in mind my 14-year-old Cayenne had 163,000 miles on it! I've had other work done at Aristocrat over the years, and have always gotten fantastic service. This is a great dealership to have work done at - highly recommended! More

Emily is awesome. She matched the discounts with mbkc pricing. The dealership pricing is too high than average . For my 80000 mile service MB KC quote was 400 dollars less than Aristocrats . God forbid if I hadn't checked. Never going back to the dealership again for service though.
