I’ve been working with Aristocrat since the fall of 2005 when I bought a new LR3. Over 270,000 miles later and I am as happy with the vehicle, service and expertise today as I was then. Would like to mention Dan Garcia in particular as a wonderful service rep to work with. Dan, his team, and the Service Manager as well, have all gone the extra mile to keep my truck running and looking great. Looking forward to 300k and then maybe some thought about getting one of those new, and amazing looking, Defenders. More
I walked in to Aristocrat as a woman with her two teenagers looking to test drive some vehicles. We were given the royal treatment by all the staff and left that day with a brand new vehicle. Olga was wonderful to work with and listened to all my requests and did a wonderful job of matching me with my new vehicle. My husband returned with me the next day and we finished the final paperwork and couldn’t have been more pleased. No one in the dealership was pushy about the extras, yet spent a lot of time within us going over the details of the vehicle. What an amazing and exciting experience! More
My MB 300 was calling for an A2 service-an oil change. I was told the scheduled service would be quadruple the cost and included many additional items. We have been buying new cars from Aristocrats for 40 years. After countless mercedes and nearly 7 Range Rovers for a family of five. this week was a good example of why that is important. My 2020 Rover developed a bubble on a tire and was loosing air quickly. I took it in immediately and without an appointment they got to it while I waited. Tony Tutera, Chase Hill in Service were gracious and accommodating. Joe Serna is the nicests man to deal with on the sales of Range Rovers. More
