Superior Service; it is Their Standard Took my 12 year old Mercedes in for it's "A" service. I also had a couple minor issues I wanted addressed. One turned into a more "serious" issue. Matt, my service rep, informed me of the issue and explained every aspect of the problem, to include cost, before "just fixing it" because I had pointed it out. They addressed every issue I had pointed out, down to the little heat shield snap that had come loose. I bought my Mercedes used at Aristocrat 10 years ago and they have always treated me like their most important customer. That is why I'll still drive an hour to have them take car of my "baby". More

I got a piece of metal in my tire Saturday evening & had my car taken to the dealership early Monday morning with a voicemail explaining to Joe why it was there. By that afternoon a new tire was on, my 30k my car taken to the dealership early Monday morning with a voicemail explaining to Joe why it was there. By that afternoon a new tire was on, my 30k mile check was done, an oil change & recalls taken care of! They went above & beyond to take care of my tire and also have me off and running until my next scheduled maintenance..very much appreciated! Always nice working with Joe! More

Todd Hurlburt met me as soon as I drove in, had me in a loaner in less that 5 minutes, and by early afternoon I learned that the brake repairs/replacements would be less than I anticipated.
