They did a nice job taking care of my problem. Bought a brand new jaguar, and the turbo went defective after 800 miles. It took three weeks to get the new turbo over from Great Britain, but they kept me in brand new jaguar, and the turbo went defective after 800 miles. It took three weeks to get the new turbo over from Great Britain, but they kept me informed almost daily, and gave me a nice infiiniti q60 rental car in the interim. The operation was smoothly run, and effortless getting in and out with the details and transition. Given it was a brand new car, maybe one thing they might have done since I only had the car a week before the turbo went defective, and had to wait three weeks to get it back, (through no felt of their own), was maybe throw in a ball cap or a gift card or bottle of wine or something a little extra special just to acknowledge the delay, since it was a brand new car, and should not have had any problems. But overall, I have complete confidence and respect in their service and the way they handled the problem. I would buy another car from them. More
