Happy to be Back!!! Previously I owned a 2013 Panamera 4S serviced at Aristocrat. Even before I purchased my new 2016 Panamera, I called Joe and asked him a ton of questions about the Porsche I wanted to 4S serviced at Aristocrat. Even before I purchased my new 2016 Panamera, I called Joe and asked him a ton of questions about the Porsche I wanted to buy. Needless to say, Joe's advice and information led to me making the purchase. I continue to be impressed with Joe's customer service and attention to detail. Every single call and message I've made, Joe has returned my call within an hour, most of the time sooner. I had a factory recall on my Mercedes. I soon will be 80 years old. I live North of the River and driving to Aristocrat is a challenge these days. I called my "service man" and asked him if my recall was dire, as I was a bit under the weather and didn't think I was up to driving to get the service accomplished. He immediately turned me over to Maggie...........WOW!!!! She explained they would send a driver to my house w/a loaner car, fix my factory recall and return my repaired car back to me the next day. I said I would love that service; but what would be the cost. Maggie said the service would be no-charge. We scheduled the exchange and it went smooth as silk. An elderly woman could NEVER ask for more. I've always loved Aristocrat and bragged on the service one receives...........NOW, I'm "over-the-moon"! More

My 2014 Cayman S was due for an annual oil service. The Aristocrat's scheduling service has always been very accommodating for finding me the right time and providing a loaner if needed and if available. Upon arriving at the new Aristocrat facility, your drive-in service to an enclosed heated or cooled area is a very welcoming feature for the quality of service you should expect from a high-end vehicle. Todd Hurlburt greeted me upon entering the facility. Todd's friendliness, observation of the condition of my Cayman, his service and attention to detail has always been first class. While waiting for my car, the Aristocrat waiting area for Porsche is world class. It is what you should expect from such a prominent and recognizable brand. It provides great accommodations and a glass viewing area of the service center. Thank you Todd and thank you Aristocrat Porsche for a great service appointment and experience! More

He checked the battery and found that it needed replacing, which he did right in my garage. It was still under warranty. I was very satisfied with the response from both Wayne and Emily. More
