My 2007 C280 Had a recall on the sunroof. I made an appt with Aristocrat motors. The sent me an email with the service advisors name, and a video showing were to park, etc. After driving across town from I with Aristocrat motors. The sent me an email with the service advisors name, and a video showing were to park, etc. After driving across town from Independence, I found that my car did not fit into the range of vehicles that needed the recall, which was disappointing , as I could have saved a 50 miles round trip, if they have told me the manufacture date was for a certain range only. Once there, Donny was helpful and was able to answer several questions about the car, previous servicing history, prices of current and future service items etc. It made the trip worthwhile to get some of those questions answered, thanks Donnie. More

Every aspect of my purchase of a 2017 CPO S550 was flawless. Brian Stacy, the Internet Manager answered all of my questions and provided great insight into the features of the car and warranty option flawless. He helped me select the right car and suggested a modification of switching wheels to more adequately meet my needs. He turned me over to Marty Reed who proved to be an exceptional salesman, listened to my questions, provided clear answers, and instilled confidence in my decision to purchase the vehicle. When I flew in from Nashville to test drive the car, I was met at the airport by a driver who took my wife and I to the dealership. During the test drive, the car proved to be superior. While we found a few small items of concern, they were immediately and cheerfully corrected without any push back whatsoever. I have never been treated so courteously and professionally by any car dealership personnel like I have with the Aristocrat Motors team. My only regret is that they're not closer so I can do all my service work with them. Nevertheless, I wholeheartedly endorse Brian, Marty, and the members of the Aristocrat team who helped us in our purchase. If you're concerned about buying a vehicle over the Internet, you can trust this dealership to treat you honestly and professionally, and you can trust there'll be no pressure to make a purchase if you have any hesitation about the vehicle. Very displeased with the service. I had an appointment for an oil change and full detail. Didn’t get my car back until the following day at 3pm (my appt was 730am the morning before) and the car looked li for an oil change and full detail. Didn’t get my car back until the following day at 3pm (my appt was 730am the morning before) and the car looked like it he just had a quick wipe down. Bug guts still on the front grille, and crumbs still in the cup holder area. Aristocrat should have done better. Will take my Range Rover somewhere else next time. More
Matt was very helpful keeping me informed of the all day journey of getting the airbag replaced and changing the oil but all day seemed a little long. I am concerned that I drove a 100 miles for this appointment and yet when they upgraded my computer information in the 2014 Mercedes they deleted my ability to see the miles per gallon and they forgot to change to the right time so my clock as I've off 4 and a 1/2 hours. This means I have to drive a 100 miles 1 way back and make another appointment which really isn't very fair plus I lose an entire day working in my clinic. More
