I'm always treated with professionalism in the service department. The sales department is the same - no high pressure tactics used during the initial visit or throughout the buying process. I had went in and asked for an oil change, without even asking the. Repair agent tacked on extra services which were not required and just assumed I was going to pay 1000.00 for this oil change and filer c asking the. After I asked him to break down the estimate he looked at me with Doe eyes assuming I knew abt cars and said it’s point inspection, it’s carbon something filter, it’s a this and that… so I asked again and said I apologize I don’t understand I came in for an oil change and you gave me a whole list of things u guys recommend I do but u tacked it onto my oil change services before explaining it to me assuming I wld just agree and pay it. So I kindly declined and said I only want an oil change. Then 20 mins into the waiting room he came and approached me with a well ur battery is draining and you need to change it today. 407.00 for the battery. So obviously I’ve never owned a Mercedes’ so I said ok, change it. I don’t like feeling like I was forced and pressured to spend more money than I intended and that just put salt on my mouth and left me with the impression of the dealership not caring abt me as a customer, but feeling like they look at me like a sucker atm machine and they wanna suck me dry till I’ve spent enough money to their liking. This was not my first bad experience with them. The first bad experience was when I called to set the appt for the oil change. With that being said if I decide I want to own a Mercedes’ that doesn’t mean I want to burn my money and it’s endless. That means I saved enough money to afford what I want. I didn’t save money for you to assume you cld drain me. That’s not how people get rich , so don’t pressure me to do things . How abt ask me first. More

Bob and Aristocrat were open to negotiation and as a result did not pass on the remainder of their long-term customer service processes. These processes are becoming a more rare and allusive quality among dealerships in this current market. I will return to Aristocrat in the future and suggest you reach out to Bob. More
The service experience is ALWAYS the best. It was the pricing that left me shocked. I had received an email from M-B reminding me that it was almost time for an oil change. A 30k service was already done by the first owner and a 40k service was done during the CPO certification. I scheduled an 'A' service then added a tire rotation and air filter replacement when I arrived for my appointment. My service advisor said it would be $1100 for today's work and suggested a pre-paid maintenance plan for either 2 or 3 services. I don't like confrontations, so I opted to purchase the 2 service plan. I had budgeted $300 for the A service, but went away spending $2000. This is kind of hard to swallow, since I'm now retired and on a fixed monthly income. I may have to start servicing my vehicle at home once again. More
Bought my last car and serviced it a KC Mercedes Benz. Worst experience ever. It made me never want to own another Benz. After 3 years went back to Aristocrat. Now I’m more than Satisfied with Emily in se Worst experience ever. It made me never want to own another Benz. After 3 years went back to Aristocrat.
