Since 1998 have bought two new Mercedes-Benz vehicles from Markus (E320 sedan and ML350 Inspiration Edition), and Hans has been service writer on both. Great attention to detail in service. Great treatment from sales. Putting no pressure on you to buy, Markus answers every question, leaves you alone to consider your purchase, and then helps (not forces) you to buy the car (you wouldn't be there if you didn't want to buy a car, right?). The F&I guy offered to finance through my bank at a lower rate (5% down from 5.25% in December 2003) than I could get because of his volume - unbelievable! They treat you like you spent a ton of money at their dealership - what a novel concept! They treat you like they are competing for your business - outrageous! They sell a great product at a fair price (I know where I can get a business suit for $300; I'm just not interested in wearing a $300 business suit), then they back it up with outstanding service. This even through a change in ownership. That's the kind of business model that breeds customer loyalty. Keep up the good work, Aristocrat. More

Called ahead to the next dealer (Aristocrat Motors) explained my problem. They ordered the intercooler in advance. Received a MB loaner car for the two days it required to make the repairs.<br>The service and workmanship could not have been better. Remember this is to a customer who is just passing through and will not be a repeat customer.....speaks highly of the dealership. More
