Brian Stacey is an outstanding gentleman whom talked to me and explained everything without any pressure none what so ever and within 10 min I was sold to do business with his dealership. The car was mint spotless and perfect in every way as described. The car was delivered from KS to CA to my door in an enclosed truck. Brian arranged eveythng from inspection to deliver. Bar none the best dealer and the best people. I am customer for life. Thank you. More
Arrogant and Incompetent We bought a vehicle from them and they were supposed to fix a scratch on the bumper as part of the deal. After work was complete it looked worse than We bought a vehicle from them and they were supposed to fix a scratch on the bumper as part of the deal. After work was complete it looked worse than before. On top of that they offer "free" vehicle registration as part of the purchase, however its not free and took 4 months to obtain and was incorrect resulting in us having to pay an extra $500 for their error. Stay away from this place or at least spend the 2-3 hours at the license office and don't let them paint anything on your vehicles. Sales staff is also the most arrogant I have dealt with having purchased over 20 vehicles in my lifetime all of which were a pleasant experience compared to this one. More

RUDE SALE SERVICE My wife and i we went at aristocrat motors yesterday ( 02/06/16) a "gentleman" named bob (sales men) he start so nice when we talking about our trade My wife and i we went at aristocrat motors yesterday ( 02/06/16) a "gentleman" named bob (sales men) he start so nice when we talking about our trade in and start filling the credit application,until he saw our income per year i write on the application ($45k) and he said it sounds like we cannot afford to pay or have the range rover that we want for us,then we said if our credit is not enough, we have our brother in law w/good credit to apply for the loan if we don't approve. Then he said it would be better if we do everything on Monday morning (we aggred) and i said can we drive the vehicle so we can make sure to come back on monday again (if we like it) and he said of course,but i prefer to do everything on monday and repeat again and said "so yoy dont want sale)he respond yes and i said what about if we don't come back on Monday cuz' we didn't drive the vehicle today saturday and then he turns rude right away acting like "he don't care"if he sale or not..then i turn my voice and say give me the application back,then he gave to me and only said thanks its all....this people they don't care your business if you sounds poor or if you try to buy a vehicle for $25*** or less from those guys,it seams they just looking for rich people or spend on a brand new land rover (over $60,000) on my guess... FYI we going down there to try to buy the 2008 range rover black color,but looks like we get the wrong place!!???.... Is our first visit on the dealer and i guess the last,they don't appreciate the customers,seams only the rich customers they take care!!... We love the vehicle but unfortunately we didn't drive,so cannot buy it from you guys. More

year wait for nothing So for the first time in my life I decided to order a new car from the factory. I heard from one person this dealer was good but definitely should hav So for the first time in my life I decided to order a new car from the factory. I heard from one person this dealer was good but definitely should have read the reviews from many others first because I came in and they said I HAD to order one if I wanted one and it takes a year for it to arrive. I ordered it,paid the deposit, and waited a year and when the car arrived they refused to sell it to me advising me of some shipping thing I still have yet figure out. Also they said I had to pay taxes up front and was charging me like 8.9% in taxes when I researched and found that state sales tax is only 7.2-7.5%. They also asked for a voided check to verify funds which I thought was odd because you would just need me to write the check for the amount then call and ask if it will clear. They said that chase wouldn't verify funds so I called them and the girl in finance at the dealership was trying to dig around my personal finances which chase said no they won't do that but if you want to to verify funds for a written check for an exact amount then we can do that. The finance girl even told me that chase was asking for an exact amount and wouldn't very otherwise so I needed to get a cashiers check. Thank you chase for looking out for .you privacy. I don't know what these accusations are though I'll figure it out, but I'm taking necessary steps to make this sketchy situation right. Drew was my salesman and he was a good guy though unless he was involved in this mess too, I don't really know. More
