I really wish they could have matched what I ended up with elsewhere, because I'd buy a vehicle from Daniel in a heartbeat. He's not pushy, he's not rude, and he really went out of his way to try and find me what I wanted. I really appreciated his time and attitude, especially since I'm not what I'd consider to be your typical "aristocrat" shopper. I came in in jeans and sneakers and he treated me just the same as the dude in a suit he was talking to before me. Wish I could say the same for the front desk lady, though. She's not super friendly if you don't look like you roll in a bathtub full of money every night. She actually used the word "mooch" when talking to us. Maybe that means something different in England, but here in the states it's pretty offensive when you've worked your xxx off to be able to buy a nice car, ma'am. More
Oddest dealership experience Wife and I went in to check out the new Alfa Romeo Giulia. The Jaguar salesperson showed us the vehicle in the lot, then told us we should get a Camry Wife and I went in to check out the new Alfa Romeo Giulia. The Jaguar salesperson showed us the vehicle in the lot, then told us we should get a Camry/Accord save up for 5 years and then come back to get something we really want (??? that's pretty assumptive of our financial situation from a 2 minute interaction). We were then dismissed and basically ushered out. Wife and I looked at each other (sure we were in casual gym clothes, both in our mid-30s and she drives a pretty sweet luxury Subaru Outback ha - not!) and realized we got profiled! We immediately went up to Northtown Fiat/Alfa Romeo and got to learn more about the vehicle, options, test drive, etc - fell in love with the car and will be picking our car up next week. More

After owning the Porsche for almost a year we decided to contact the dealership to trade for a Range Rover we seen on line. We received one call from the sales team with a trade in quote $5,000.00 less than another Range Rover dealership out of state we decided to take the better deal for us. We then contacted the Porsche sales manager for our refund from Gap ( which we are entitled to) After making several phone calls (mostly leaving message after message/because the person to contact would happen to be off the day I called, time after time, (along with several email We've been lied to and given the run around on when we can expect to receive our refund for our gap coverage. Now it's been over 2 months and still no refund. It should be a simple fix just write us a check for the money you owe us!!!! This was the first time for us buying from Aristocrat (we've owned several Porsches over the last few years and not once have we been treated as we have here. We will never buy another car from this dealership. Our business will be taken to Tulsa where we are treated with respect and not lied to as we have been here. More

The service agent does not care to listen to the customer's issue and invariably 'fixes' the wrong thing, (at great expense to the customer), that does not address the root cause of the problem. Worse still, the dealership takes no accountability/responsibility for their misdiagnosis. They make the customer pay for the next attempted fix, (even though the first fix ‘failed’ within the so-called ‘warranty period’). Sounds like a nice money making schema to me. To add insult to injury, the service manager sides with the service agent, so there is no one that the customer can really escalate the issue to. I have been to this dealership more than once, so I know that this is not a one-time thing; this agent does not have the interest of the customer in mind. So, why do I go back to them? Because this company owns all the Mercedes dealerships within a 200-mile radius of Lawrence KS, so I really do not have a choice. This is probably the crux of the issue: they have no competition and so can exploit the custom as much as they want. Regards Exasperated Customer More

He was looking for one in particular and Bill W. worked with us, answering all our questions and offering helpful information about the car. When my husband changed his mind, Bill was very patient and again worked with us, provided us all the information we needed to know and even took us around to other associates to help us make the best decision for our family. He was very honest, straightforward, paid attention to details, and was patient and helpful though the negotiations! More

I have worked with Dave, Jayne, Lori, Mary Kay and many others over the years with great success. Everyone is always every friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I recently called into service and spoke with Rodney concerning a 1980 Mercedes 450SL I had purchased to inquire about an open recall. Rodney laughed when I told him there was a recall and informed me that he highly doubted it but he would check. To his surprise after checking there was indeed a recall open and he stated he would look into what it was but he was confident they wouldn't be able to do much about it as he was sure parts wouldn't be available. He stated he would call me back. I decided to call the Mercedes Classic Center in Irvine to inquire about the parts myself while I was waiting on a call from Rodney. Tom Hanson, the director of parts assured me that they had the recall parts in stock and the dealer could contact them directly to acquire them. Rodney called me back about 10 minutes after I had spoken with him to tell me that no parts existed anywhere in the world to fix the car, and the recall was based on an inspection anyway. I informed him that he was incorrect about the parts and they could be sourced from the Classic Center. He let me know that if I could get the parts he could possibly inspect it for me. I told him I would be in touch. I then called another dealer and asked them about the recall without telling them what I knew to see how the experience differed. Their service advisor was very polite and helpful, he let me know that he needed to do a little bit of research and would call me back. He called me back a couple of hours later to let me know that he had ordered the parts and they should be in within a week to fix the issue. If Rodney had taken the time to let me know that he was new, inexperienced with Mercedes, unfamiliar with recalls or uninterested in the business I would not be writing this review. I am appalled at the lack of attention my concern was given and his blatant disregard for facts. I can no longer recommend Aristocrat Motors. More

I went in with no intentions of purchasing a car and didn't exactly look to par (Wearing sweat pants a tee-shirt and running shoes). I was immediately greeted by the staff and offered bottled water, while walking around he tells me "you can sit in the cars if you'd like," which I took the chance to do. I was later greeted by one of their sales professionals Mike Diaz and we had about a 1 hour conversation about the cars and our experiences. All in all I'd highly recommend this dealership to anyone.
