They then delivered exactly on what they promised. Was it expensive? Yes, but they provided the value to back it up and quite frankly, I bought a Porsche for the quality, not because I thought it would be an inexpensive car. They demonstrated the type of service that I would expect my own employees to deliver for my customers. I am not easily impressed, but the Aristocrat team impressed me, easily. More

Service I scheduled a service appointment at 7:30 am to have an error code checked on a Mercedes. I arrived early to see Matt (Service Advisor) outside polis I scheduled a service appointment at 7:30 am to have an error code checked on a Mercedes. I arrived early to see Matt (Service Advisor) outside polishing a scratch on a rear bumper while the impatient owner watched. During my brief visit, I observed that same owner and another customer both announce how important their time was and one was even upset that the coffee reservoir was being refilled which made her wait. However, each instance was handled professionally by the entire staff. I hope the staff does not routinely have to put up with such arrogant attitudes, but they did an excellent job. More
