Great outcome for one of travelers worst fear On a tight schedule traveling from southern Kansas to Chicago, on Thursday before a holiday weekend when an "indicator light" illuminates on the contr On a tight schedule traveling from southern Kansas to Chicago, on Thursday before a holiday weekend when an "indicator light" illuminates on the control panel of our 2007 MB GL450. Pulled into Aristocrat Motors, walked in without an appointment. We we're met at the front door by a salesman, who without any delay, courteously walked us to the service department and introduced us to Emily one of the service representatives. She understood our concerns about our tight schedule and being away from our home MB dealer. The service department worked us into their schedule. They promptly identified the problem and fortunately had the appropriate replacement parts. They washed and cleaned the car and had it back to us in a reasonable time. The dealership provides a clean comfortable waiting area with snacks. None-the-less they offered and provided us lunch from Panera. The service representative was very pleasant and kept us appraised of the service progress. MB repairs are always costly but the charges were appropriate and fair More
