After doing online research for over a year, and pre-arranging financing through our bank, we made the decision to buy an MB SUV. We picked four choices online, and headed to Aristocrat - Unannounced. We were dressed very casually, as this was a getaway weekend. The receptionist was great, as three male salesmen didn't have time for us. Luckily, Judy Joy was there and happy to help us - in our t-shirts and shorts. We informed Judy that we were there to buy a car - not lease - today, and we had 72 minutes to get it done. (Had to get to the hotel and the concert.) We checked out the four cars on our list, and two were available to drive. I drove both, and my wife picked the bigger car. we came back, made one offer, and it was accepted through the sales manager JC, who was very gracious in every respect. Spoke to Cheryl about some accessories, and got out in 75 minutes. Most of our time spent that day was waiting on our bank, as it was a Friday. We decided to come back the next day to pick up the car, and that took some time, as we needed some instruction, having driven a much older Volvo for many years. Everyone that we actually worked with was pleasant, courteous and professional. The only disappointment was that we were treated like a hot potato by three male salesmen. Everything else went without a hitch, and we will be happy to deal with Aristocrat in the future. More

Then sunroof didn't work after getting it back and advisor acted like it was my fault and they wouldn't touch it but the vinyl liner was closed when I always leave it open to let in the sun. This is second time with negative experience More

Vehicle return without panels placed thus I travelled home with a vehicle that had exposed wiring in the back. This is just a continued pattern with Aristocrat Motors. What are they vehicle from this company, was told it would be a 2018, 2017 received. Cannot say anything positive about customer service after the sale. Paid for service warranty was not honored at the time vehicle was serviced.. Will be seeking a new place to have my vehicle maintained. More

Turbo issue on LR2 with 60,000 miles I took the 2015 LR2 to the shop because of an intermittent Turbo. Sometimes it is great sometimes it is not. I told them at that time it was working I took the 2015 LR2 to the shop because of an intermittent Turbo. Sometimes it is great sometimes it is not. I told them at that time it was working great at times. They said they would check it out. They hooked it up to their machine which takes about 5 minutes and came to a conclusion the Turbo was bad and needed changed. They did nothing to find out why it would work perfect sometimes and not work at all other times, quoted $3500.00 to fix it. I questioned it and was told well that is the code we got and so it needs changed. There are a lot of factors that make the turbo operate but one thing I know is turbos don’t work part time and are bad. I felt it was something to do with the Waistgate opening prematurely but was told it was the Turbo. Turbos which are bad are bad.....They do not work part time. I’ve read up and Land Rover has had a lot of problems with this issue. I got charged $147.00 for the 5 minute diagnostic to tell me what I already told them. I just wish dealers would do more to find the real issue rather than just going off of a machine. More
