Fantastic service My transmission light came on while I was driving. I drove to my local dealer ar Merriam in Kansas. Evan in the service department was really helpful My transmission light came on while I was driving. I drove to my local dealer ar Merriam in Kansas. Evan in the service department was really helpful and patient. He sent my RangeRover into the service bay and was told it would take the rest of the day possibly overnight. Evan then arranged for a loaner car for me and then I continued driving to my meeting. Evan texted me the next morning saying my car was being worked on and would be ready for pick up at 4 in the afternoon. I arrived at 4 and the car was in great shape and had been cleaned very well. Very happy with my experience and Evan went the extra mile to make sure everything went smoothly Very pleased all round with the care I received More

Stepped up I had my air conditioner motor go out right after I had my Range Rover in for a recall on the air bags. I had asked the guy to plz check it because it I had my air conditioner motor go out right after I had my Range Rover in for a recall on the air bags. I had asked the guy to plz check it because it was making a noise. I was told nothing was wrong w/ it & felt like He didn't care what was asking. But 2 days later I'm in OK ( 110 degree) & the air went out. I called Range Rover & talked to a guy named Evan who stepped up, got me right in & kept me in the loop the whole time until it was finished & everything was done right. He was amazing to help me like he did. Thank you again Evan. More

This was my first encounter with the service department, and based on my pleasant experience, I will make Aristocrat my primary service provider. More

I have always been quite satisfied and believe my car receives excellent care and assessment. Todd Hurlburt is my go to guy in the service department and I count on him to keep my car in excellent shape, which he certainly does. Everyone is very courteous and professional to work with, from the receptionist to the drivers who pick up my car in Lawrence and return it to me shiny clean and ready to go until it's next service.
