My wife snd I purchased a GLC in May and received excellent from sales rep Chris. However, two weeks later when my 1998 C230 needed to be towed to Aristocrat for service, the experience was very dif excellent from sales rep Chris. However, two weeks later when my 1998 C230 needed to be towed to Aristocrat for service, the experience was very different. It took over a week for the problem to be diagnosed and repaired. In fact I had to visit the shop to get them moving on the car! It was returned with grass all over the lower rear as though it was just backed up into a field. I guess it was too old for them to be bothered with. Of course they had additional service recommendations for thousands of dollars. Well, the car is in great shape and those news ones they are selling won’t look as good as my C230 as they age. The way people treat cars today! Wont even be close. Won’t make it to 23 years running like this one and not a scratch on it! By the way I got the recommended work done for a third of Aristocrat’s cost. i would recommend training on treating all customers and cars the same. Get your eyes off the bottom line and provide the same service to all customers and cars! More

This dealership was absolutely fabulous to me. They put a new wiper blade on and took the time to help me understand my GLA better. I didn’t feel like I was just rushed in and out. I have bought 2 vehicles from this dealership under previous management with good experiences. I attempted to trade a vehicle recently and the salesman was extremely rude and belittling. BMW M3 would go to auction and offered me $10k below trade value for the car. I trade a lot so I’m not worried about getting value for my car or finding another one like the Porsche I wanted here. I just thought that the service was extremely rude, especially for a returning client. More
