Great service. Detail oriented. I recently purchased a CPO 2015 Jaguar XKR S from an out of state dealer. Brought it in for a diagnostic evaluation. I also had to replace the front I recently purchased a CPO 2015 Jaguar XKR S from an out of state dealer. Brought it in for a diagnostic evaluation. I also had to replace the front carbon-fiber spoiler that I crushed against a curb. Received a loaner car. The spoiler arrived but the service folks found a small scratch and returned it. Couldn’t be happier with the work, the status updates and the folks with whom I interacted. More

My 1999 Porsche Boxster and I love Aristocrat! Todd Hurlburt has been my Service Advisor for over 10 years and my car was at Aristocrat for every service call since it's purchase as a new vehicle. Todd Hurlburt has been my Service Advisor for over 10 years and my car was at Aristocrat for every service call since it's purchase as a new vehicle. It says a lot to note there was only one other advisor in all that time. Every visit is treated with such care and complete explanation of all the work to be done and advice as to follow-up dates. The friendliness of all concerned makes one feel very respected and that is so appreciated. I can't say enough about my satisfaction even after all of there years! Thank you Todd and all the wonderful employees who help me continue to enjoy driving my car. More
Did not replace broken windshield! I received email stating car was ready to be picked up and it turns out the broken windshield was not addressed at all. It wasn’t even written down after asking to have it fixed. Wasted my Saturday afternoon! I was not able to view my receipt online but was able to pay quickly. Funny not.
