Great Experience! First time to Aristocrat motors. This dealership is 2.5 hours from my home. Referred by a client. I was met walking into the dealership by name from First time to Aristocrat motors. This dealership is 2.5 hours from my home. Referred by a client. I was met walking into the dealership by name from salesperson Chad ( I had emailed prior for new Range Rover, Porsche, MB and Jaguar inventory). He offered me refreshments and restroom. Chad asked what would I like to accomplish and we discussed. We immediately went to the RR Velar which was first on my list. We test drove the Velar and Chad had very accurate knowledge of the vehicles on my list as well as the pros and cons. We looked at three of the four vehicles and decided on the RR Velar. The GM of Aristocrat (Marion) introduced himself and sat down with me. We decided on a vehicle and price within thirty minutes. This process was so easy and straight forward that within 48 hours, I was driving a new Range Rover. The two finance individuals were very personable as well. Chad met me on Friday night halfway to my home, delivered the velar, and called later that night to check on me. That is customer service. This dealership exceeded my expectations. CC More

Open Door Service I took my GLA in for its first service. Nick Haupt was my adviser and was very responsive. He told me what to expect, and got me in and out quickly. Aristocrat is back to opening doors for service customers when you arrive. I like that. Emily Peterman, my first service adviser, has taken care of my needs from day one, and has made me feel like a valued customer. Each person, from the young lady that opened the door, to the man that brought my car around were very helpful and courteous. More
