Bad service turned Good I dropped off my R.R. Sport 17 to b serviced & was given an old Nissan clunker as a loaner!!! Dirty inside & out, smelled, no gas plus brake light was I dropped off my R.R. Sport 17 to b serviced & was given an old Nissan clunker as a loaner!!! Dirty inside & out, smelled, no gas plus brake light was out! I helped them acknowledged this nonsense & 24hrs later I drove it back it & finally got a normal loaner car. The Only one who ever helped me, made things right, never ignored me and was beyond courteous/professional was Dan Garcia. I will never do business w AnYone there but Mr. Garcia. He knows how to treat Land Rover Customers & People in general obviously. Otherwise being there is like being invisible or in xxxx. More
