A very nice young lady met me at the door and directed me to Nick's desk. He took my information and had made arrangements for a loaner car. He gave me a time line for the service to be completed and said he'd give me a call when service was complete. From there I was directed to my loaner car by a young lady. Once I checked over the brand new E300W4 with 1559 miles on the odometer I was told to replace the gas I used before I brought it back. By 2:15 pm Nick called to let me know my car was ready to pick up. In short check-in was easy, getting the loaner was easy and very much appreciated as we had appointments in KC. Picking up my car and dropping off the loaner was very efficient. More

I am greeted immediately upon arrival and since I normally wait at the dealership, Dan keeps me informed of my car's progress and any additional future or immediate repairs that need to be addressed. The waiting area is very comfortable, particularly since the renovation. Making an appointment is a simple process and if my car needs immediate attention, I am always accommodated & get the repairs completed correctly. I highly recommend Aristocrat and have recently purchased a pre owned vehicle from this location and will get it serviced here, as well. More
